Published limits, per lot.
A certificate of analysis is the laboratory report for one specific lot, issued by an accredited third-party laboratory and travelling with the shipment. The panel below is what we test and the limits we hold ourselves to.

Limits below are stated per lot on the certificate of analysis. Where a destination limit is stricter than the Indian standard, the destination limit governs.

Cyclopiazonic acid screening applies to kodo millet, which carries a CPA risk not covered by an aflatoxin panel. No regulatory limit is established for CPA in either jurisdiction; the measured result is reported on every kodo lot certificate of analysis.
Inspection and retention
Third-party pre-shipment inspection
Available through SGS, Bureau Veritas or Control Union at buyer instruction. Inspection is arranged before loading and the report is issued directly to the buyer.
Sampling procedure
Composite sampling across the lot at intake and again before loading, drawn in the presence of the surveyor where one is appointed.
Retention samples
Sealed samples held for 6 months in buyer, supplier and surveyor sets, referenced to the lot number on the shipment.
Documentation
Export documentation is prepared against the requirements of each destination market and the terms of your letter of credit. Certificates issued by a laboratory, a plant quarantine authority, a chamber of commerce or an appointed surveyor are issued in that body’s own name, and copies travel with the shipment. Where a destination requires a registration or approval that a shipment cannot be made without, that requirement is confirmed in writing before the contract is signed.
