CAPABILITIES
Capacity, packing,
logistics.
Rare Millets is a sourcing and export house. Grain is grown by contracted partner farms and processed at certified partner facilities under our supervision and specification. We do not own processing infrastructure.
01
Contracted capacity
Contracted supply capacity of 120 MT per month across our partner network, small millets combined, and 1,400 MT per annum. We hold working stock of foxtail and barnyard through the season; browntop is allocated because acreage is limited. Volumes above contracted capacity are possible against a forward commitment placed before sowing.
02
Processing at partner facilities
Dehulling, grading and gravity separation are carried out at certified partner processing facilities under our specification and supervision. We are a sourcing and export house and do not own processing plant. Facility details and audit scope are available to buyers under NDA.
03
Packing formats
Bulk in 25 kg and 50 kg woven polypropylene with food-grade liner. Private-label retail in 500 g and 1 kg to your dieline, artwork and destination labelling. Nitrogen flush available for long-transit lanes on request.
